Dear  Project coordinator,

The survey  is online in 23 languages since 15 September under this URL: www.etwinning.net/creativity-survey. We would be grateful if you could  participate to this survey.

Best regards,
For the Comenius Team
Leplae Michèle

What does creativity mean to you?

Let us know how you perceive the role of creativity in education and you could win a trip to the European Union's Creativity conference in Stockholm.

2009 is the European Year of Creativity and Innovation. A great number of activities have been taking place all year to discuss the role of creativity and innovation in the classroom and encourage teachers to explore new and different approaches to teaching and learning.

To better understand how teachers perceive creativity and innovation in their own teaching practice, the European Commission's Directorate-General for Education and Culture, in collaboration with the Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS) and European Schoolnet, has launched a new survey on teaching practices in Europe. We are interested in knowing your opinion and experience as a teacher.

Fill in the online questionnaire on teaching practices and, if you so choose, include your name and email address to be included in a draw for 10 persons to attend the European Union's closing conference for the European Year of Creativity and Innovation, hosted by the Swedish Presidency in Stockholm in December.

Who should fill in the questionnaire?

Teachers working in schools in any of the twenty-seven countries in the European Union, as well as Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Croatia and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

NB: all answers are anonymous. Should you choose to participate to the raffle, your answers will not be connected to your name.

The deadline to participate: 15 October 2009

               What about the results?

The results of the questionnaire will be presented at the closing conference in Stockholm in December and communicated on the eTwinning Portal.

We thank you in advance for taking part!
